Ⅰ. Product Overview

Our heavy-duty frame windshield wiper blades are specially designed for city buses, tour coaches and large passenger vehicles. The products are divided into Wide Type and Narrow Type with complete size options. Two clip widths (1.5cm and 2.5cm) are available for selection. For the 100cm wide version, inner screw and inner hook connectors are optional to match different original wiper arms. All products adopt single independent neutral packaging. Ⅱ. Main Application & Purpose

  1. Clean rainwater, snow, frost, mud, dust and debris on the front windshield of buses to guarantee clear driving vision.

  2. Serve as direct replacement parts for worn or aged original wiper blades of coaches and city buses.

  3. Adapt to all-weather driving conditions, widely compatible with Yutong, Kinglong, Higer, Ankai, Zhongtong, Youngman, Foton and other mainstream bus brands.

Ⅲ. Product Advantages

Ⅳ. Installation Instructions

  1. Lift the wiper arm gently away from the windshield. Place a soft cloth between arm and glass to prevent glass damage if the arm springs back.

  2. Align the connector of the new wiper blade with the bayonet / screw / hook position of the wiper arm.

  3. Push and lock the clip firmly until you hear a clear “click” sound, confirm the wiper blade is tightly fixed on the wiper arm.

  4. Swing the wiper slowly to test the connection, make sure the blade cannot fall off.

  5. Carefully lower the wiper assembly back onto the windshield. Turn on the wiper system to test wiping performance.

Ⅴ. Maintenance & Replacement Suggestions

  1. Clean the rubber strip regularly with clean water to remove sand and dirt, avoid abrasion on the windshield.

  2. Do not operate the wiper on dry glass for a long time, which will accelerate rubber aging.

  3. If there appear water streaks, shaking, abnormal noise or incomplete wiping, please replace the wiper blade in time.

  4. Recommended replacement cycle: 6–12 months depending on daily operating frequency and working environment.
